kieren’s place
- Kieren’s ehabitat was our second prototype, completed in Hobart in November 2005.
Kieran’s ehabitat has 114m2 of internal space and 56m2 of deck, not to mention 64m2 of
glazing. It is fitted out with top quality hoop pine lining, Tas oak T+G and slate floors. All
decks are celery top pine and the glazing is 6mm toughened energy advantage glass. The
building has floor, wall and roof insulation to the highest possible standard.
When comparing the complete cost below with other products please remember that these
costs represent all costs except that of the land. In this case that represents all council,
design and consultant fees, all labour, materials and fittings and all site works, service

NOTE. These prices where current as constructed mid 2005. This is consistent with the national trends and is related to both increases in material and labour costs. |
