This is quite incredible when you consider that you are getting a modern, custom designed home, of exceptional strength and durability right at the low end of building costs in Australia. Don’t forget the ongoing cost savings in heating and cooling due to the superior passive solar design.
*This price does not include council fees or footing/subfloor
costs as they are region dependent.
how do we do it?
efficiently manufactured eframe
- Manufactured using fast, precision instruments and accurate
jigs with little waste.
- components interlock for reduced transport costs.
speed of ‘on
site’ construction
- Patented system goes up before your very eyes.
- ehabitat has spent lots of time with builders to work out
how to make the eframe easy for them to put together.
- Typically the time from the start of your eframe assembly
until the time you can move in is 18 weeks. This is approximately
half the time required for other custom designed homes and
therefore saves you up to half the usual labour fees.
the use of ‘off the shelf’ cladding
materials
- This means little or no cutting and therefore very little
waste.
- Glass for fixed windows does not need to come with a frame.
eframe is the frame! (frame cost is
typically more than 50% of the price of standard window manufacture). |
